My Sox Are Going to the WORLD SERIES! Time for a Giveaway!

I just finished watching my Red Sox win their way into the World Series! I've been a die hard fan since 2002 so I've watched them win the 2004 and 2007 World Series and I just know in my heart of hearts that 2013 is going to be our year again! I can't wait for the World Series to begin!

So, to celebrate this amazing accomplishment,  I feel like doing a giveaway! Let's do a $10 TpT Certificate and $10 open choice in my TpT Store. I will choose two winners for this one! The contest will run until Friday, so get your entries in ASAP!

The World Series starts on Wednesday! Please keep rooting for my Sox, if they win I will be sure to offer yet another giveaway and share my happiness with my followers! Be sure to share this giveaway with you friends too!

  2. I actually don't follow baseball much (that's probably not a good answer). I do hear about it from my brother though. He's a big LA Dodgers fan. (I'm not sure if that's worse...)

    1. I don't mind the Dodgers. I like all baseball, except the Yankees because they are the rivals of my beloved Red Sox. But I married a Yankees fan just to keep things interesting! :-)

    1. No worries. I grew up in New York so I was forced to watch the Yankees. I didn't really like baseball back then, but it was a great excuse for staying up late on school nights! It wasn't until I moved to Massachusetts and started going to baseball games at Fenway that I really began to love baseball.

  4. When I lived in Ohio it was the Cleveland Indians. Since I have moved to North Carolina, I have been following the Red Sox with my husband & father-in-law.

    1. Indeed it was! ! I knew we just HAD to win last night so that we didn't have to worry about Verlander again. It was a great game right up to the last moment, even though it had me up far past my bedtime! :-)

    1. We purchase the MLB network so that if both our teams are playing at the same time, we can at least DVR ones. When Yankees games are on, it's the perfect time for me to be grading or lesson planning!

  14. I'm not super into baseball, but I suppose my favorite team would be the Mariners, since I live in Washington. I'm much more into baseball when they are winning, but that hasn't been for a few years! :)

    1. We lived in Washington for two years. We loved that we could watch our teams (Red Sox for me, Yankees for the hubby) play the Mariners while we lived there. We LOVE Safeco. The stadium is beautiful, we LOVED the kettle corn sold just outside the stadium, and we really LOVED the Shiskaberry's you can get inside! We miss a lot about living close to Safeco! Thanks for entering!
